In this 2 hours journey, Carol will guide you through a special practice of Qigong to awaken the life force energy within you and specifically to connect with your kidneys, the organ that is responsible for your life energy. To clear fatigue and stress so that you can start to fill your cup with more energy and vitality that you need to cultivate a new level of awareness of the energy that you want to create in your life.
You will continue to dive deeper into this journey with Cenk, who will take you through a tea ceremony. An invitation to stillness and noble silence to welcome a deeper inward journey with each bowl of tea. As you relax into the mindfulness tea practice, an inner experience unfolds. Together we will cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves, the powerful energy shared with each other as we sit in reverence for tea as Medicine. After the tea ceremony, we will have some light refreshments to complete and a sharing circle. This is an opportunity to soak up and reflect on these two ancient and complimentary practices and share their timeless wisdom.

Cenk
A tea lover all his life, he discovered a new way to appreciate tea in Bali, a few years ago. Since then, he has been a student of tea, learning from the Global Tea Hut in Taiwan. Last year, he attended a silent ten-day tea retreat in Europe to immerse himself deeper in the study of Tea, Zen and Qigong. The Four Virtues of Tea inspire him: harmony, respect, purity and tranquillity. His tea ceremony is your invitation to stillness and a deeper inward journey.
