My Story as a Teacher & Guide
My journey in wellness began after years in a demanding corporate life that celebrated busyness and achievement, yet left me depleted and disconnected. As an empath, I felt drained by the constant pace and crowds, until I discovered practices that transformed my life. Yoga taught me to slow down and reconnect with myself. Qigong helped me cultivate energy without effort. Energy Healing allowed me to pour from a full cup, rather than an empty one. Sound Healing that re-attune my inner frequency to live in alignment with my soul’s purpose.
Empowered by these experiences, I now share the tools, techniques, and practices I’ve gathered over many years — alchemising them into pathways for others who wish to fill their cup, prioritise themselves, and bring more life to their years, and more years to their life.
During the pandemic, I created this online sanctuary: a space to nurture our wellbeing, connect with a like-minded community that amplifies the healing energy in the group. What began as an online practice has since blossomed into a community dedicated to nurturing our inner gardens. Together, we cultivate life force energy and grow side by side — like a beautiful garden thriving in harmony.

The Qi Garden Membership Portal is created to help people make time to have a personal practice no matter if it’s 10, 20, 30, 40 or 60 minutes, there is always something for everyone.
Moderation is key.
