A 2‑hour masterclass designed to support and harmonise your energy with the Metal element during the Autumn season.
Join us for an immersive experience guided by Carol, who will awaken your energy with a Qigong practice to harmonise your Metal element, followed by Tatiana, an Acupressure Practitioner sharing season‑specific Acupressure techniques to balance the lung and large intestine meridians.
We close with a deeply restorative Soundbath, allowing everything you’ve practiced to settle, integrate, and nourish your whole being.
