The outer world is masculine that goes out into the world, take action, motivate and heat building. The inner is feminine that retrieves inward, soft, nurturing, gentle, receptive and cooling. To embody wholeness, both energies need to work together in peaceful synergy. This practice will allow you to explore the yin and yang, feminine and masculine energies energies that you are made up of and find balance.
