The left side tends to hold onto the emotional, feelings, memories and past experiences and the right side tends to hold onto or being stuck from moving forward, it is the future, changes, thoughts. Notice if you tend to have more health issues that arises on the left or right side of your body which reflects the psycho-emotional factors that underlies it. In this Qigong inspired yoga practice, let's awaken your yin yang by tuning into the feeling of everything that arises when you are being moved between the left and right, notice what feels congested or blocked versus ease and flow.
