We are a vessel that's constantly taking in and releasing out energies, but oftentimes we take in more than we release out which can deplete us and is toxic for our body, mind and emotions. Especially for those who are shallow breather or people who hold their breath keeps the stuck energy in the body and when we can circulate the breath, we circulate the energy through us. This practice focus on the power of our breath to shift, flush and discharge negative vibes and energies and especially using the breath out of the spaces between the lumbar vetebrae to eliminate unhealthy energy.
