One of the most accessible way to connect to our intuition is to be in touch with our senses. The body is always present to interact with the world outside and inside of us. The more in touch we are with our body, the more sensitive and in tune we are with ourselves. This practice will start and end with a sense meditation to awaken our sensory receptors (smell, taste, sight, hear, touch, inner knowing) and heighten our connection with our intuitive wisdom.
