Our bodies have an innate sense of feeling/instinct (just like all animals do) which is often called gut feeling, which helps us receive intuitive guidance. When there is fear, it can override intuition. This roll and restore practice will help activate energy in the solar plexus, stomach and psoas while the yin poses will release the stomach and spine as well as open the hips to release fear. We will be using humming and breath to stimulate vagus nerve to activate gut feeling for intuition.
