Let's explore the timeless art of Qigong inspired by the classic manual of Tao Te Ching. In passage 34, it teaches us that we are all interconnected, everything within us and around us come from the same source. All life forms originated in water, just as we are made more than 70% of water, and grow inside our mother's womb. Inspired by the Mahon Pool in Maroubra, the rock pool is filled with ocean water to create a sea bath. The water from the seabath come from the ocean, the same source. The focus of this Qigong flow helps to connect you with the infinite and everflowing water within you and to allow it to circulate and nourish your body.
