It is a common side effect to have some difficulty with breathing after Covid-19, which is why I created this practice to specifically help to free up your diaphragm using specific acupressure points combine with myofascial release so that you can release tension and breathe more efficiently. This practice is also great for those who have a collapse chest whether it's from long term sitting at a desk or posturally.
