Jing is one of the three treasures in Chinese Medical Qigong, a special energy stored in the lower dantian. It is our life battery pack that is connected with the kidneys, the water element which control birth and development, aging process and hormonal system. When the adrenals under pressure, energy is low and life is stressful, it depletes our jing. This Qigong inspired yoga practice focus on building energy in the kidneys and lower back to strengthen lower back, knees, bones and fascia tissue to help strengthen our stamina and build health. When Jing is strong, Qi will flourish.
