Five animal frolics short form

Five Animal Frolics, known as Wu Qin Xi, was developed in 145–208 by the 'Father of Chinese Medicine' Hua Tuo for rehabilitation, recovery, prevention of disease and longevity. Resting is an important phase for replenishing and rebuilding their energy to vibrate their higher spirit.
